The 2004 Annual Carwardine Employees' Convention was held in August 2004 at The Broadmoor and Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts in Colorado Springs, Colorado by Carwardine Parks for staff of its parks, family entertainment centers and other assorted properties.

- After footage of the convention was uploaded online, several 2005 additions were technically "leaked", at the time, Carwardine's announcement day was usually September 20th.
- For the PBS Kids Neighborhood Celebration presentation, David Rudman and Andrew Francis got into the Baby Bear and Darren walkarounds respectively and did the voices themselves.
- This was the first time Alexander Lenssen voiced Country Cal of Tex Critter's Pizza Jamboree, replacing Landon Franck for a time.
- The voice actors & puppeteers behind the licensed properties Carwardine had at the time (PBS Kids Neighborhood and Redwall, Nickelodeon (Nick) Central, The Muppets, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Toad Patrol, The Raccoons, Blazing Dragons, Care Bears, The Get-Along Gang, Strawberry Shortcake, MGM Animation) along with Carwardine's voice actors & singers performed a show named "Carwardine Sometimes-Plugged '04" at Pikes Peak.
- This expo was the last expo to use the "Serpentine" font for the Annual text, later years switch over to the "Arial" font.
