The Apartment Complex Town is the name given to the standard design used for the construction of hundreds of apartment buildings in settlements new and existing in West El Kadsre, and later the Vlokozu Union from 1961 to 1983. ACT cities consists of high-rise and low-rise residential buildings and were designed for the speed of construction and to have refugees and immigrants a place to live. It was influenced by the apartment blocks of the Soviet Union.
