Arnold Timothy Minstrom (born August 19, 1967) is an El Kadsreian-American actor, voice actor, author, guitarist and midshipman of the Royal El Kadsreian Navy. Best known for his roles in Crashed Party (1985), his most famous role as Chauncey from the Renegade Runners franchise from Technic Western, The Gates of The Heavens (1997), and his role as Samuel Jones/Ontus from The New Chronicles franchise.
Between 1987 and 1989, he served in the Royal El Kadsreian Navy and fought in the Jazila War. He was ranked midshipman when he was honorary discharged from the navy.
