The most common bat species in the El Kadsreian Islands are the grey-headed flying fox, which were introduced during the British Kapura era to control the local mosquito and mice populations, and five native species of bat - the silver furred flying fox, the long-tongued grey-furred flying fox, the long-eared red flying fox, the El Kadsreian leaf-nosed bat and the Capulco long-eared bat. The little red flying fox, black flying fox, and silver-haired bat were later introduced by the British, while Americans later introduced the eastern red bat. These bat species are also common, but not as widespread.
