Isabella Anita Suarez-Garcia known professionally as Bella Payne (born. August 22, 1974) is an American hard rock vocalist, actress and keyboardist best known as the lead vocalist of the American rock duo Payne Pricks. Payne's debut extended plays "Lily", was released in November 1992. She also appeared in commercials for Mary Jules Inn, Samsung, Technic, Sminster, Crystal Pepsi and Apple. She has been referred to as "Diva of the Power Music" and the "Dark Princess of The Rock". She has performed collaborations with artists such as Madison Georgia and Agnes Feels. She possesses a lyric soprano vocal range. Payne received the Vocalist Icon Award from the Caprice Zone Awards in 2011. In 2018, she won Best Supporting Actress at the Global Academy Zeta Awards.

Early Life[]

Isabella Anita Suarez-Garcia was born in Brooklyn, New York, on August 22, 1974 to parents Jean-Gillian Garcia, a pianist and Marylou Anita Suarez, a violinist. She has two brothers Benjamin and Clyde. After her parents divorced in 1990, She moved with her father to Capulco, El Kadsre. She attended high school in Caelum. Although she had no ambition to become a singer, she was discovered at age 15, while visiting a friend.

1990-1993: Early music career[]

In January 1991, she made her first national appearance singing "Advance El Kadsre Fair" alongside Aurenian singer Mickey Lawrence. Payne signed her first recording contract with El Kadsreian Melody and released her debut EP "Lily" in 1992.

1994-1997: Breakthrough album: Make Believe[]

Make Believe, Payne's first album, was released in April 1994. A first single "Cold from the Sakura", was used for the American-Japanese anime-influenced animation film Sky Valkyrie and Black Power. On July 25, 1995, she released her double-A-side "Mix n' Match/Rock The People". Although both tracks appeared in the commercials for Pepsi.

2014-2017: Valley Display[]

In March 2014, Payne released single, "Tragedy of Promise", the lead single from her third studio album, Valley Display. It entered the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at number two. On July 16, 2015, Payne appeared at the 2015 QuicklyCon performing with El Kadsreian singer Richard A. Watson and Spanish violinist Rita Caballero (Spring Guardian String Quartet). On August 14, 2017, she turned down an invitation to perform at the 2017 Parapan American Games opening ceremony performing with Argentine heavy metal violinist Alexandra San Suarez (Eighth of Class).

In 1995, she released three commercials for Crystal Pepsi with Japanese-English actor Raymond Sasuke. In 2004, she also appeared in a Mary Jules Inn television commercial in the theme of "Renaissance Waltz" with Chilean heavy metal singer Taylor Garth and French singer Seth De Samuel. Payne also played of a Milady de Winter in a Sminster ad in 2006, as well as appearing in commercials for Samsung, Pepsi, Technic Drinks and Apple. In February 2007, she released three commercials for the Cabotian amusement park WaterClimax with Chilean heavy metal singer Taylor Garth. In 2013, Payne released commercial for Sun Divine.
