Bionicle (stylized as BIONICLE) was the individual Technic Heroes franchise created by El TV Kadsre in 1981. Originally a comic book series, the series is launched in January 1981, after 3 years of planning and production. Over the following decade, it became one of the El TV Kadsre's most successful film franchise, since their first film, Quest for the Masks won the 1981 World Film of the Year.
