Bladesteel Games was a British developer and publisher based in London, England, who mainly published games based on The Drillimation Series in Europe, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
Bladesteel was established in 1986 to assist with localization of the first Mr. Driller arcade game in Europe, as Drillimation nor Namco had a European or Oceanian subsidiary. Shortly after the release of Mr. Driller, Bladesteel began distributing the anime in Europe. In 2015, Drillimation made the company a wholly owned subsidiary and absorbed the company in 2017 in order to establish Drillimation Studios England.
