Duncan Brown, better known as Boingert (born April 5, 1936), is a British-El Kadsreian professional clown.
Bio
Duncan was born in Derby in the United Kingdom and came to the Kadsreius Sentanese Republic due to an republicanist phase he went through.
He became a clown after serving in the Eight-Day War, where he saw much violence and gore, and decided to use his newfound skills as a children's entertainer to give happiness to him by bringing joy to children.
