Bumper's Block was a children's programming strand that aired on Vision Network on Saturday nights from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It was the Saturday equivalent to Kiddie Time!, a Sunday night strand that aired during the same period.

The strand debuted in September 1991 and ended its final run on 14 June 1997. However, when KT launched as a programming block on 7 September 1998, it used near identical idents to Bumper's Block until they were replaced with new ones on 16 February 2004. Also, many of the strand's programming was carried over to KT, which itself closed on 16 November 2008.

Bumper was the channel's mascot - a lime green spiked ball creature with red eyes. Throughout the 1990s, and even in the 2000s, a lot of Bumper-related merchandise was sold in shops throughout Kuboia. It made an appearance in the celebrity version of Secret Cash Orbs in 2010, where it won €25,000 for an undisclosed charity.

The strand was sponsored by King P Delivery from 1995 to 1997.

During its initial run, Bumper's Block was criticised for running too late for a children's programming block on a flagship terrestrial television channel, with many viewers suggesting that it should be moved to an earlier time slot. However, TVVC defended the late time slot, stating that it encouraged children and families to watch entertaining programming together.
