C-Dev is an integrated development environment for TSUG containing a suite of software development tools developed by Theorysonic for developing software and video games for TSUG, PTSUG, WTSUG, and TVTSUG, also for Windows, MacOS, EKS Vortex, Linux, Xenika, ViraOS, Polaris, Plexius, Android, iOS, Unify Desktop, Unify Phone, Symbian, Tizen, Jentoi, iCloud, and Web.

Theorysonic releases a software development tools, then named Theorysonic Developement Tools.

Sometime after the Vlokozu Union collapsed, t was renamed to C-Dev to make C development tools more manageable and flexible.
