in 1997, CC & J Entertainment is formed by Universal Studios after she first debuted in 1977. in 1999, 20th Century Fox decided to offer the initial public for $6.60 million in cash and stock to form Tower Movie Entertainment. in 2000, 20th Century Fox Acquired CC & J Entertainment for $6.60 million in cash and stock. CC & J Entertainment is Merged into 20th Century Fox's Tower Movie Entertainment.
