CPN Media Group is an El Kadsreian-American multimedia broadcasting company founded on October 23, 1961, in El Kadsre as the media division of Naisuka. It is headquartered in Capulco with offices in Los Angeles. Initially, during early years, CPN Media Group opened radio stations in late-1961 in El Kadsre and after Georgeland invaded El Kadsre, it expanded to rest of El Kadsre, as well as the United States and the rest of the world. CPN Media Group opened a commercial TV channel for El Kadsre on January 13, 1963, as CPN One after assigned agreement with television license was made.
History[]
In February 1992, after a new management was appointed and company was restructuring, it was renamed to CPN Media Group with the launch of new channels and stations, as well as redesign of this website.
In 2009, CPN was spun off from Naisuka following the company's declaration of restructure administration.
In 2019, Quest., after a brief run as a major stakeholder, sold CPN Media Group to Qualis, who still shares the company with it's other stakeholder Seagrounds Financial Group.
Seagrounds were at one point in talks with Qualis to buy CPN outright leaving Seagrounds as CPN's sole owner. This came after repercussions given to Qualis and other companies following Quest's "misguided" attempt to enter the El Kadsreian TV industry. In November of that year, it was announced that Qualis was restructuring and rebranding themselves as CPN Holdings.
In 2025, the third season of Tomodachi will be settled on CPN Holdings.
