Cartoon Network is a YinYangian Cable and Satellite TV Channel owned by Turner, a subsidiary of Time Warner YinYangia.

It was launched on 4th of January, 1993 (during the Toralaq Republic) as YinYangia's fourth kids' channel followed by Boomerang, which was launched in 1994 and Toon Disney, which was launched in 1999. The channel mostly has animated programming.

Due to 81% ratings, it is the most watched kids' channel in YinYangia. It timeshifted with TNT, until 2007. But since 2012, the channel runs 24 hours a day. It has 4 audio tracks, as Filipino has its own channel.
