Cedric Sartorius (born 20 February 1975) is a French-born Scottish actor, voice actor, re-recording mixer and foley artist who has worked many years in Hong Kong as a translator, mostly narrating various corporate projects and providing voice acting for animated movies and shorts. From 2009 to 2018, he is best known for starring in the television series The Angry Let's Player from Scotland.

Sartorius was born in Nice, France on 20 February 1975 to Scottish parents. His father Rob was a school counselor while his mother was a retired graphic designer and ranch manager originating from Marin County, California. He and his family moved to Scotland due to his father's job.
A graduate of University of Edinburgh, Sartorius moved to Kowloon, Hong Kong to start his career in acting in 2004.
In May 2005, Sartorius was hired by Wong Sound Effects Studio as a re-recording mixer and foley artist, with the first project at there being Pollux and Max: The Movie.
