Cherry Channel (known as The Cherry Channel until 1997) is an British pay television channel owned by the Miraculous Global Kids, Young Adults and Classics division of Miraculous Entertainment, itself a subsidiary of LC&T’s dia through its Studios & Networks division (now currently Miraculous Discovery). It targets young girls and teenagers, mainly those ages 6 to 12.
The channel was launched on 1st September 1996. It was served as a 24-hour outlet for live action, anime and animation properties from the third-party libraries and was all-ages-oriented, but now the channel serves as a platform for the up & rising live action/anime/animation medium with various programs catering to young girl audiences respectively.
