Cheryl Bayer (born November 2, 1976) is an American voice actress, actress, and singer. She has worked for 4Kids Entertainment, TAJ Productions, DuArt Film & Video, NYAV Post, Audioworks Producers Group, Big Yellow Duck LLC, Sentai Filmworks, and Seraphim Digital.

She currently divides her time between New York City and Houston. She is best known for voicing Princess Comet in the 4Kids dub of Cosmic Baton Girl Princess Comet. She also did the singing voice of Peanut Otter in PB&J Otter: Hip Hip Oodelay! (Jason Shaun Forrester did the speaking voice) and for original songs & covers performed at Kids for Character: We Are Family and Kids for Character: Move to the Music.


Cheryl was born Sheila Amanda Rupnik in Lake Placid, New York, and moved to New York City at the age of 6. In 1998, she had her voice acting role doing walla in an episode of Disney's Doug. As she was a member of AFTRA, she chose to be credited as "Sheila Rupnik" (her name under AFTRA) in unionized productions and as "Cheryl Bayer" (Cheryl coming from her grandmother's middle name, and Bayer coming from the medicine conglomerate) in non-union productions.
