Sheila Amanda Rupnik (born November 2, 1976), best known by her stage name Cheryl Bayer, is an American voice actress, actress, and singer. She has worked for 4Kids Entertainment, TAJ Productions, DuArt Film & Video, Media Blasters, NYAV Post, Audioworks Producers Group, and Big Yellow Duck LLC.

She is best known for voicing Princess Comet in the 4Kids dub of Cosmic Baton Girl Princess Comet. She also did the singing voice of Peanut Otter in PB&J Otter: Hip Hip Oodelay! (Jason Shaun Forrester did the speaking voice) and for original songs & covers performed at Kids for Character: We Are Family and Kids for Character: Moov'n & Groov'n.

Life and career[]

Sheila Amanda Rupnik was born on November 2, 1976 in Lake Placid, New York, and was raised in Plattsburgh. She attended the New York University Tisch School of the Arts. In 1998, she had her first voice acting role doing walla in an episode of Disney's Doug. In her voice acting works, she is credited as "Sheila Rupnik" (her name under AFTRA) in unionized productions and as "Cheryl Bayer" (Cheryl being her grandmother's name, and Bayer coming from the medicine conglomerate) in non-union productions.
