Circlia (Officialy known as the Commonwealth of Circlia) is a country in Oceania located near the west of the country of Australia. Circlia is a member of the United Nations, AFC and NATO.
History
Early years (1770-1800)
Earlier in 1770, a mysterious island arised from the bottom depths of the ocean. The island was big enough for people to live in, however nobody inhabitated it. Algae and sea creatures stuck to the grass were starting to rot, and eventually the grass was dry again.
Paavo "Anssi" Kulmala of Greenland discovered the territory, but didn't really know much to do with it, There were lots of flora and fruit trees, and they could be used as food sources for survival.
The Great Britain was advised about the territory by Greenland. So, the Great Britain came to the territory, took some Gac and never came back again, much to the dismay of Greenland.
