Cleo Courtney (born September 2, 1965) is an El Kadsreian comics artist, production artist, and actress.
She is known for her character design work in the Aqua subfranchise of Technic Heroes.
Biography[]
Cleo was born to a Canadian father and South African mother.
Personal Life[]
Cleo mentioned in a 2008 interview that she identifies as a tigress, saying "I've always felt different than my family."
