FTV (Filipino Television) is a Filipino-language television channel in the El Kadsreian territory of Taugaran. It broadcast shows, programs, and movies from ABS-CBN and others as part of ABS-CBN affliation since 1993 and owned and operated by PHEK Media, ABS-CBN Corporation, and ABS-CBN International. It is one of the Filipino-lanugage Taugaranese TV channels along with TCTV and Light Television.
History
It was first broadcasting on February 5, 1991 by the engineer Meridill Santos. It was first operating with Filipino-language TV shows, series, and movies.
The channel was acquired by ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation on February 18, 1993.
