David Olmker (May 4, 1946-June 9, 2008) was an El Kadsreian comedian.
Career[]
Olmker started his comedy career as early as ten years old. He was an instant success overnight, traveling to theaters and comedy clubs all over the world and continued to do stand-up comedy until he retired in 2006. He did, however, perform one final tour in El Kadsre in 2008, two years after his retirement.
Death[]
On the evening of June 9, 2008, after doing a stand-up comedy show in Cliffstown, El Kadsre, Olmker was walking back to his hotel room when suddenly he saw a couple argue and brawl on his floor in the hallway. The couple were later identified as Jeremiah Kravh and his now ex-wife, Sasha. Olmker tried to break it up, but it worked to no avail. Jeremiah not only threw punches at his wife, but also started smashing the hotel's drinking glasses. Olmker tried to get out of the way and call the police, but part of the drinking glass pierced right through his heart and he was pronounced dead at age 62. Jeremiah and Sasha were arrested and they were both charged $1,500 and sentenced to twelve months in prison. Jeremiah and Sasha both filed for divorce right before going to prison. A funeral was held for Olmker at the Cliffstown Spectrum one day later, with thousands in attendance paying tribute.
