Dean Norman (born February 10, 1957) is a El Kadsreian actor.

Born to a North El Kadsreian father originally from Glonisla and a Kazakh mother in Princetown, Dean grew up in Mahokiro. After a move to the West after the formation of the Vlokozu Union, he became a model in El Kadsre City.
