Satoshi Hayashi (林 聡史, Hayashi Satōshi, born. June 11, 1988), better known by his stage name Douglas Hayashi, is a Japanese-born English pop singer-songwriter and actor. Through his entire career, he has written all his lyrical content, and has sometimes composed his music. He signed to Party Juice Music. He is best known for his debut release, "The Last of The Tribal".
Early life[]
Hayashi was born and raised in Seki, Gifu, Japan on June 11, 1988 to parents Masafumi Hayashi and Diana Rose McLeod. He is of American and Japanese decent. Hayashi moved to London, England at thirteen on January 6, 2002 to pursue a career in singing.
Career[]
At age of 14, Hayashi's professional music career began when he won the 7th Elias Dillion's Anison Rock Superstars in October 2003, beating several thousand participants. He later signed with the musical label Party Juice, and in December 2003 release his debut single "The Last of The Tribal".
