Dre Shaza LuaLua (May 4, 1865 - April 1, 1950) was a Congolese-born Barokian convert to Islam and the 4th president of Barokia.

Dre was born in São Salvador, Kingdom of Kongo (now M'banza-Kongo, Zaire Province, Angola). When he was 7, his family moved to Belgium with him. At age 26, he converted to Islam and moved to Saudi Arabia on a fishing vessel before coming to Barokia during it's early days.

In 1915, he went to Spain to study law. He was elected president in 1941 after Yursa Afflada stepped down from office.
