El Kadsre City International Airport (IATA: EKCIA, ICAO: EKIA, FAA LID: EKC) is a major international airport in El Kadsre City, El Kadsre. El Kadsre City is the busiest airport in El Kadsre and the busiest airport in the El Kadsre states by passenger traffic. It is also one of the world's biggest airports.

The airport is owned and operated by the El Kadsreian federal government. It has some of the the largest hubs for Air El Kadsre and many other major airlines.

2001 bombing

On January 24, 2001, a terrorist associated with Gyönyörű Földünk detonated a suicide vest in the airport, killing over 45. Unlike the victims of two previous suicide bombings on two flights from the same airport in 1994, which were mostly El Kadsreian, the attacker targeted the International Arrivals area of the airport, where foreigners would inevitably be. According to claims of responsibility by the group, the attack clearly targeted Americans and other foreign nationalities.
