The 'El Kadsre Game of the Year Awards' (Japanese: インクルードカサレ年のゲーム賞, Hepburn: 'Inkurūdo Kasare Toshi no Gēmu-shō'), formerly known as the Vlokozu Union Game of the Year Awards until 1989, are a set of awards for artistic and technical merit in the video game industry, given annually by El TV Kadsre to recognize excellence in technological achievements. The winners of various categories are awarded a golden statuette.
The awards were first presented in 1987 and began live streaming on the internet in 1996.

General Categories
Best Game
- Main Article: El Kadsre Game of the Year Award for Best Game
The Best Game achievement is always awarded last and is considered the most prestigious award of the ceremony. This achievement is awarded for the game that was considered the best.
Best Console Game
- Main Article: El Kadsre Game of the Year Award for Best Console Game
This achievement is awarded for any console game that was considered the best. In order for the award to qualify, the first version of the game must have been released on a home console.
Best Arcade Game
- Main Article: El Kadsre Game of the Year Award for Best Arcade Game
This achievement is awarded for any arcade game that was considered the best. In order for the award to qualify, the first version of the game must have been released in the arcades before it was ported to consoles and PC.
Best Computer Game

This achievement is awarded for any PC game that was considered the best. In order for the award to qualify, the first version of the game must have been released on PC before it was ported to consoles.

Best Actor

First introduced in 1993, this achievement is awarded to the actor who had an outstanding performance of voice acting in a video game.
Best Actress

Best Original Character

This achievement is awarded to the original character designer whose original character was considered the best.
Best Original Song
- Main Article: El Kadsre Game of the Year Award for Best Original Song
This achievement is awarded to the composer whose original song was considered the best, whether it is instrumental or vocal.
Best Game Design

This achievement is awarded to the programmers whose gameplay mechanics were considered the best.
Best Original Script

This achievement is awarded to the original writer whose game script was considered the best.
Best Sound Editing

This achievement is awarded to the composers whose original sound effects were considered the best. In order to qualify, a majority of the game's sound effects must be original and not taken from stock libraries.
