Elkan Boukough (December 13, 1918 - July 11, 1984) was a German-Vlokozuian director. He was known for being the creator of the famous Technic Heroes franchise.
Bio[]
Elkan was born Elkan Bruno Abramczyk in Haimhausen, Germany into a family of German Jews. He and his family moved to the Dominion of Georgeland in 1923 to find better life. English was Elkan's third language, after German and Yiddish.
