Elkan Boukough (December 13, 1918 - July 11, 1984) was a German-El Kadsreian director. He was known for being the creator of the famous Technic Heroes franchise.
Elkan was born Elkan Bruno Abramczyk in Unterschleißheim, a town in Bavaria in the Weimar Republic (modern-day Germany) into a family of German Jews. He and his family moved to British Kapura in 1940 to escape Nazi persecution, and then to the Sentanese Empire in 1947. English was Elkan's third language, after German and Yiddish.
