EsaïeSoft was video game company founded in 1981 it was known for the Esaïe series and bringing franchises like Super Robot Wars and King's Field to the American and Canadian markets. It distributed FromSoftware's titles in the El Kadsreian Islands until the release of Demon's Souls in the El Kadsreian Islands on February 5, 2009. It published tons of wargames, RPGs and more in the El Kadsreian Islands.


It was founded in 1981. It closely worked with "Balls" at the time. In 1987, it created the notable Esaïe series. It had no development studios.

It acquired the El Kadsreian Islands divisions of several companies, including Batteries Included, Distinctive Software, Origin Systems, DROsoft, Bullfrog Productions, Kingsoft GmbH, Vision Software, ABC Software, and Kesmai. This meant that the company could distribute all games from these companies in the El Kadsreian Islands.

In 2000, it was acquired by Infogrames. After that, the company was renamed Infogrames Publishing. It published all games from Infogrames.

When its parent started selling off assets, it stayed the same in the El Kadsreian Islands.

In 2005, Namco announced that it would acquire EsaïeSoft for US$28 million with Infogrames still holding a stake. In 2009, Bandai Namco Holdings fully acquired Infogrames' in the company.

Since then, the company has acquired the libraries of all games from defunct publishers such as Crave Entertainment, Mindscape, Jaleco, and Delphine Softer International.
