Ethan Computers was an American computer manufacturing company.



Ethan Computers was founded in summer of 2002, They had "The Only One Century Laptop" which was a Pentium 4 with Windows 2000 and Windows XP Media Center Edition.

On December 3, 2002, Ethan Computers acquired the Aptiva brand from IBM, though IBM stopped production of Aptiva in May 2001

On August 15, 2003, Ethan Computers was offered to be used in a Checkmasters renovation in the UEKN, the US and Canada, The server PCs ran Windows Server 2003 while the main room PCs ran Windows 2000 Professional.


Ethan Computers renovated their PCs due to the new Intel Core processors.


On January 6, 2010, Mondo Media and Ethan Brands teamed up to create the Happy Tree Friends event with Cuddles, Sniffles, Nutty, Giggles, Flippy, Disco Bear, Toothy, Petunia & Flaky, so they made a TV Commercial for it with its original logo along with the Intel Core i7 logo at the end of each commercial.


Their logo changed on December 3, 2013, and it was their last logo.

Merging deal with Bea PCs

On July 11, 2015, Bea PCs and Ethan Computers signed a deal that, as explained in the Bea PCs website; said "They're replacing Ethan Computers on the fall of 2015".

On October 1, 2015, Ethan Computers was merged into Bea PCs, Nowadays, Bea PCs continues to produce the Aptiva brand with Windows 10 Pro and Intel Core i7.
