EuroTele Group (German; EuroTele-Gruppe, French; Groupe EuroTélé, Italian; Gruppo EuroTele, Czech; Skupina EuroTele) is a German media company with headquarters in Munich, Germany. has operations in Germany, France, Spain, The United Kingdom, The Czech Republic, Italy and other european countries. It was formed in 1986 merging with Deutsches Medienunternehmen & Fernsehen West.
History[]
EuroTele was founded in 1986 after merging with Deutsches Medienunternehmen & Fernsehen West as EuroTelevision. After the cold war was over, the name changed to EuroTele Group.
The television network spread across Europe in 1993-2004 with over 13 languages.
EuroTele became the 5th best television provider in Europe in 2008 and stayed in that position until 2014.
