Blyat (YinYangiese: 魅力; Pílyàt; lit. Charm) (Filipino: Bighani) is a city in the YinYangian state of Utanga. It is the state's most populous city, with over 440,492 inhabitants. It is known for its Russian heritage. It is located at the southeast of Utanga, where a large number of Russian migrants reside.
Etymology[]
The name, in general, means charm in YinYangiese. "Blyat" is only the Tottomification of the YinYangiese name, adopted in 1981. The city is famous among Russians and Ukrainians due to its name.

Population[]
The population of Blyat is 640,492. 30% of the city is made up of Russian migrants, making Blyat the city with the highest number of Russians in YinYangia. It is the twelfth largest city in YinYangia by population and is Utanga's second largest city.
