Kaotao (Filipino: Lungsod ng Kaotao; Utangan: Lusut yag Kataw) (Hanzi: 高套; YinYangiese: Kāwutàu; Mandarin: Gāotào) is a city in the YinYangian state of Utanga, located at the center of the state. Nicknamed the "City of Modernity", the population of Kaotao is 29,149 as of 2021, making it the fourth largest city in Utanga. It is one of YinYangia's oldest cities, as it was the capital of the Shin dynasty.
Kaotao is famous for its modern and futuristic architecture, as many out-of-state investments thrive in the city. It is the center of the Kaotao metropolitan area, which also includes Irokel, which was the capital of the Esemaric Empire.
