NanoFlash is nano-sized flash memory card created by Theorysonic and Meroview. It was introduced in September 2014 after 3 years of development, it possibly replaces the traditional microSD. The card is smaller than microSD, mesuring 10mm by 8mm and can transfer files and media 8x or 16x faster than microSD. It can be read and write and can be hooked into home media players, portable media players, computers, TVs, smartphones, tablets, handheld PCs, game consoles, car media players, etc. to play. It was first used for TheoryBook FI (early-2015 models) or later, TheoryPhone X6 or later, TheoryTablet X6 or later, TheoryTablet Pro X6 or later, TheoryPhone FZ, TheoryPhone FZ+, TheoryDesk ST or later, TheoryDesk Pro ST or later, TheoryDesk Mini X7 or later, Portosic Digital 9, Portosic Touch Z1, Portosic Nano, Nehervia N-5X, N-M64 or later, Audvia A-M210 or later, Theorysonic Swift, Meroview Smart 9 or later, Meroview Vive 6 and later, Meroview Vive Fusion 2 or later, and more. The default format is exFAT, HFS, or UFS. As of September 2020, the card is sold over 150 million units.

Samsung would release NanoFlash cards starting in late-2016, and the El Kadsreian variants of Galaxy S8 and S8+ was the first to have NanoFlash memory cards.
The next-generation consoles and new models of Theorysonic Swift will distribute games and media release for NanoFlash memory card. Also, many of television and film production and home entertainment companies will distribute TV shows, movies, and shorts release for NanoFlash card.
