WHTV, virtual channel 18 (VHF digital channel 10), is a MyNetworkTV-affiliated television station licensed to Jackson, Michigan, United States, serving Lansing and the Central Lower Peninsula of Michigan. The station is owned by Cumming, Georgia-based Coastal Television Broadcasting Company; Gray Television, which owns Onondaga-licensed NBC affiliate WILX-TV (channel 10), operates WHTV under a shared services agreement (SSA). The two stations share studios on American Road (near I-96) in Lansing and transmission facilities in Onondaga.

History[]

In April 2017, WHTV announced that it would not renew its local marketing agreement with WSYM-TV. On August 1, 2017, it entered into a new shared services agreement with NBC affiliate WILX-TV and relocated it's operations to WILX's studios.

On October 4, 2017, Coastal Television Broadcasting Company (which owns Fox affiliate KTBY in Anchorage, Alaska) announced that it would acquire WHTV from Venture Technologies Group. The transaction was completed on November 11, 2017.
