Fong Hoi Dik Recording Studios (Vietnamese: Phòng thu âm Fòng Hội Dik) is a Vietnamese dubbing studio that was founded by Hoang Khanh Hong in January 1997. The company is dedicated to the dubbing of American films and media for the Vietnamese language.
Bio[]
Former Fox employee Hoang Khanh Hong founded the company on 1 January 1997 after resigning from Fox Broadcasting Company before moving back to her native Vietnam back in late December 1996.
Due to a distinct lack of voice actors in the Phú Nhuận District, Hoang was forced to rely on whatever native speakers he could find there instead of using professional talent. Businessmen, students, musicians, anyone, regardless of acting experience were eligible to provide their voices to Fong Hoi Dik dubs. Even so, Hoang would hold auditions, making sure to hire the best people available, and trained them thoroughly before recording sessions.
