Fox Canada is a Canadian English-language television system. It is owned by Fox Canada Inc., a joint-venture of Corus Entertainment and Rogers Sports & Media, using the Fox name and logo under a brand licensing agreement with the Fox Networks Group subsidiary of Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International. The system consists of a set of owned-and-operated television stations (O&Os) in Ontario, British Columbia, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Alberta and Quebec, along with affiliates in Saskatchewan and smaller cities in Ontario and Alberta.
Fox Canada provides complementary programming to co-owner Rogers' Citytv (mainly repeating programming from the American Fox network that is aired on Citytv), as well as airing newer or younger-skewing series that have smaller audiences than those on Rogers' Citytv and other co-owner Corus' Global.

Fox News Canada (using the Fox News name & branding under license from the Fox News Media subsidiary of Fox Corporation) is the news and current affairs division of Fox Canada, based at the system's Montreal affiliate CKO-DT. National programs include the flagship national newscast Fox News Canada Report. Apart from the name, logo and graphics, Fox News Canada is barely related to the American Fox News channel, being more politically neutral in it's reporting. The system also offers various amounts of local news programming on its O&Os and affiliates.
