Gabriel Garza (also known as Gabriel Garza: The Game) is a platform adventure video game based on the 2011 Universal/Gingo animated film of the same name, which is a reboot of Gingo's original Gabriel Garza series. Developed by Papaya Studio and published by THQ, it was originally released in North America on June 21, 2011 for the Wii, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, and Xbox 360. Firebrand Games developed the game for handheld ports of the game. It was also the last Universal Animation game to be released for the PlayStation Portable.
All the main actors from the film reprised their roles in the game, except for Sarah Jessica Parker and Jack McBrayer, who were replaced by Kari Wahlgren and Phil LaMarr, respectively. The Xbox 360 version of the game became backwards compatible with the Xbox One on March 11, 2017, and the PlayStation 3 version came to the PlayStation Now game streaming service to Play on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, PC, and PlayStation 3 itself.
