Geauga Lake (formerly Six Flags Ohio, Six Flags Worlds of Adventure and Geauga Lake & Wildwater Kingdom) is a theme park in Bainbridge Township and Aurora, Ohio, United States that is owned by Carwardine Parks. Established in 1887 in what had been a local recreation area adjacent to a lake of the same name, the first amusement ride was added in 1889, and the park's first roller coaster – later known as the Big Dipper – was built in 1925.

History

Due to Cedar Fair thinking 3 theme parks in a state is too much (despite the fact they they own Gilroy Gardens, Knott's and CGA in the same state, but Gilroy is not really a theme park) they sold it to Carwardine Parks in 2006 for the 2007 season.
