Gioele Arcari (December 1, 1931 - June 12, 2008) was a Italian voice actor and dubbing director, and one of the early notable voice actors of Italian dubbing. He was a Florence native.
After success as a dubbing actor and director (especially at SPDDF (Società per il doppiaggio del film) and Stereofonica Doppiatori), he founded Videoromagna so he could produce his own dubbing works.
Arcari died on June 12, 2008 in Bologna of a heart attack. He was survived by his son Maurizio Arcari (who took over his father's longtime role of Grover in Strada Sesamo) and sister Priscilla Arcari.
