Gloria Lucía Bouzas Urquijo (born 19 February 1964) is a Spanish-Deconaran charity worker who served as First Lady of Deconara from 2006 until 2017, as the wife of President Rolando Urquijo. She met Urquijo while studying at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. They later married and, during Urquijo's presidency, moved to Deconara. She is currently acting president of her husband's Popular Union party.
