Hampden County Lines, Inc. (reporting mark HDCL) is a operator of a Class III shortline railroad over a section of former Boston and Albany trackage in Hampden County, Massachusetts, with trackage rights over a small portion of Amtrak's New Haven–Springfield Line. It is operated by the SFG Railway Operations division of Seagrounds Financial Group.

The railroad serves customers in Hampden County, including a 84 Lumber warehouse on the outskirts of East Longmeadow. Hampden County Lines also does industrial park switching operations.

Rolling stock

While the railway itself tends to use lease units or SFG Railway Operations' own fleet of locomotives, Hampden County Lines' own rolling stock is mostly comprised of second-hand locomotives bought from National Railway Equipment Company or other sources.
