Hanako Matsuoka (松岡花子; Matsuoka Hanako) (born November 11, 1953) is a Japanese-Canadian actress. She is a founding member of Ottawa's Specialty Players Theatre Company and has performed at the Stratford Festival several times.

Her sister is deceased voice actress Kimmy Berger. Hanako came out as bisexual and genderfluid in her 2018 memoir How Did I Turn Out This Way.
