Hayato Itou (伊藤隼人 Itō Hayato; October 19, 1918 - May 11, 2010) was a Chinese-born Japanese-El Kadsreian politician and the second president of West El Kadsre. Born to Japanese diplomats to China, he was a soldier in the Kwantung Army during World War II was an POW for a few years afterwards, he was known for introducing the concept of the Golden Week to modern El Kadsre.
