The House of Asuka (飛鳥の家 Asuka no ie) is a dynasty who ruled Sentan from 1914 to 1950. The house rose to power after Asuka overthrew the government of New Japan during yhe New Edo War in 1914.
Asuka reigned as the first emperor of Sentan until 1936, when he died and was succeeded by his son Shori, who reigned until 1950, when Sentan was lost to the Kadsreius Sentanese Republic in the Eight-Day War and he and his immediate family were later executed that year, while three of his children fled to Raland in exile, where they gained celebrity status there.
Katsuro Asuka, grandson of Emperor Shori, serves as a head of the House of Asuka since 1999.
