Jasmine Ueine (born December 18, 1966) is a El Kadsreian voice actress and voice/dubbing director.

Jasmine was born to Vicnoran parents. Her family originates from the Vicnoran city of Roho. She began to do voice work in 1976 for Returned and Services League.
She retired from voice acting in 2004 after nearly 30 years in the industry, and moved to the Basque Country in Spain. She returned to voice acting in 2016 after moving back to El Kadsre with her Irish husband Matthew Darragh, of whom she met whilst they were working in English-language media in Spain.
