Jay Armando Manzanedo (December 3, 1917- May 21, 1967) was a Kawanese technology executive, engineer, inventor, and journalist, best known for founding one of the most successful companies in the country, Azul Telecomunicación (later called, Jeton) in 1953 during the time Kawa was under the Spanish rule.

He also wrote for The Kawa Times as a journalist from 1939 to 1952, and 1965-1967. In 1965, he invented the company's first television set, La Caixa, which later he renamed the company to Jeton, and became a technology company.
