Jennifer Bandeira (born June 12, 1976) is a Brazilian actress & singer.
Biography[]
Jennifer was born Justina Coentrão de Bandeira on June 12, 1976 in Caracaraí, Roraima. She first gained notoriety by being the daughter of the Portugal-born sportsman and TV personality Bruno Bandeira Cortes.
Jennifer made her TV debut at the age of 3 in 1980 on one of the last programs of Rede Tupi. Afterwards she made various appearances on Record programs, before switching to Rede Horizonte in 1985. She joined Filhotes in 1987 at the age of 11. Jennifer left both Filhotes and Rede Horizonte's talent pool at the age of 20 in 1996, citing pay issues and because she was too old to perform with Filhotes.
She hosted Pegando Fogo com Jennifer Bandeira, which was produced independently and then sold for transmission to Rede Bandeirantes. On Bandeirantes, it was broadcast from 2001-2006. In 2007, she returned to Rede Horizonte, and became the host of a revival of Pegando Fogo for Horizonte in 2011.
