KCKO-TV is a commercial-free independent television station that serves the Hot Springs National Park area and broadcasts on channel 60, it is owned by Hot Springs Television Incorporated (KCER Media operates the station under a LMA) and offers the preschool and kid cartoons presented in kaleidoscope vision and in its entirely without interruption or promo breaks.

In late 2015, Arkansas State Government bought 50 precent of KCKO-TV as becoming a state-owned station branded as "Hot Springs National Park Television", offering local educational programming on KCKO-DT1, and it will continue broadcasting un-interrupted/promo-free preschool and kid cartoons in kaleidoscope vision on DT2.
