Katashi Minami (born May 5, 1962) is a Japanese-born Taranotochinese politician who is the current president of Taranotochi.
Early life[]
Katashi Minami was born in Ōdate, Akita, Japan to Hiyoko and Chō Minami. At age 8, he and his parents immigrated to North El Kadsre.
