Kelah is an ongoing American comic book series created by Monica J. Burroughs and published monthly by Xenon Publishing. Set within the United Xenon Canon, the series focuses on the adventures of Kelah Morris, a Jamaican American teenager from a family of witches and warlocks who is drawn into an ages-old battle against the evil forces of an entity known only as "The Unknown".

The character of Kelah Morris was conceived by Monica J. Burroughs while freelancing for DC Comics in the early-1990s. In an interview with KTLA, Burroughs said she designed Kelah as being "a sort-of modern-day Sabrina Spellman, while also doubling as a Spider-Man-like character for girls."

Kelah Morris is a 14-year old girl who lives with her family in the fictional New England city of Southampton. She is the latest in the line of succession of a family of witches, sorceresses and warlocks that have been in a battle with "The Unknown", a villainous entity, for centuries. Morris attends high school with her friends Kevin Cusanelli and Charlotte Ismail, and is rivals with a popular girl named Christelle Fields, nicknamed "Christie", who is also a witch herself.

The animated series Kelah: Suburban Witch began airing on the RKO Network and RKO Kids in September 2004, and ran until May 2007. Monica J. Burroughs developed and executive produced the series.
