Kendall was born in Miami, Florida to Czech-American parents. He was a relative of famous Czech football player Josef Masopust. He attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School but dropped out and became a traffic warden for the Miami Police Department (he's since received a honorary diploma from St. Thomas Aquinas). In 1980 he was hired by WUFT and first worked as a VTR operator. In 1985 he moved to the Vlokozu Union and got a job at El TV Kadsre 1 as a children's television presenter, in addition to moonlighting as a entertainer on Royal Caribbean International cruises in the Ikeda Islands.
He came to greater fame after becoming the host of Gaming: A Strange Reality. He had also moonlighted as a reviewer for ZX Spectrum Gamer Weekly magazine during his early years in the El Kadsreian Islands, which gave him the needed experience to host the gaming-focused show.
Outside of his television presenting and invention production, he directed some English dubs of Japanese anime - being the Power Network dubs of Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan! and Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden.
Kendall has invented many As Seen on TV and video game-related products, such as:
- The RollController (a Gamecube controller designed to work with certain GBA games)
- The Slash Stopper (a pet trimming device designed to trim down cat claws)
His cousin is former, fellow ETVKK presenter Jimmy Adshead.
